The Easiest Breakfast for Busy Mornings
"If you’re like me and need breakfast to be effortless (but also delicious), these vanilla chia overnight oats are a lifesaver. They take five minutes to prep and taste like dessert, while keeping me full and fueled all morning!"
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Agoge Vanilla Protein
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a stir and top with fresh fruit.
