Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 2 scoops Agoge® Organic Chocolate Protein

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 1 third cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 third cup almond milk, plus 1 fourth cup more if needed

  • 1 fourth cup runny almond butter


How To Make Them

1. Melt the chocolate mixture

Combine dark chocolate chips and one third cup almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for about 40 seconds and stir until smooth.

2. Mix in almond butter

Pour the melted chocolate into a mixing bowl and combine with the almond butter.

3. Add dry ingredients

Add oat flour, Agoge® Chocolate Protein, cocoa powder, flaxseed, and maple syrup. Slowly add the remaining almond milk until the dough becomes thick and workable.

4. Press into a dish

Spread the dough evenly into a small rectangle shaped dish or pan.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

6. Slice and finish

Cut into bars. Add a drizzle of melted chocolate if you want something extra.

7. Store

Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
