Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Agoge Chocolate Protein
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water (flax egg)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Mix the flaxseed meal with water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  4. Top with fresh berries, coconut whipped cream, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
